Concession Stand Schedules

Sequim Little League is a volunteer organization. We rely on our parents to help out by picking up garbage to participating in one of our fundraisers. One way to help keep our registration costs down is to work in the concession stand. Our Concession Stand Coordinator has set up a schedule so each team is responsible for 1 week in the concession stand and if there are 12 players on the team, that would amount to one 1 -1/2 hour shift per player. Your team won't be the only team there. There would be 4 teams each week that are responsible for the concession stand. When parents don't show up for their shifts or refuses to help out, you give Sequim Little League no choice but to raise our registration fees. We have checked around and registration fees in other Leagues range from $75 - $175. Sequim Little League only charges $75 ($45 for T-Ball) per player and we even have put a cap of $180 for 3 players or more. Below is a chart showing what teams will be responsible for working the concession stand each week. As soon as I get more info, I will add to the chart. Please check with your team mom, what week your team will have and please sign up for your shift. Thank you. Remember: Volunteer---It's Contaigious!!!

To help keep our costs down in the Concession Stand, we have made up a Concession Stand Donation Sheet. All we ask is if you donate at least 1 item from our list to the concession stand.
